Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

 

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

 

2. The prize draw is being run by Your-T Custom Sportswear.

 

 

Eligibility to enter

 

3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age (Your-T staff members are excluded from the draw).

 

4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

 

5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.

 

6. The prize draw is free to enter.

 

 

How to enter

7. To enter the prize draw simply complete the competition entry form on the website and follow at least one of our social networking channels (www.facebook.com/your.t.sports, www.instagram.com/your.t.sportswear, https://twitter.com/your_t_sports)

8. Your-T will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. The prize

9. The 1st prize will be one Adults/Junior Super Team Bundle consisting of 16 shirts, 16 shorts and 16 socks.  The prize includes delivery within the UK.  The winner will be able to purchase additional kits at £20 for junior sizes and £25 for adults.  The prize includes the following customisations: Name, Number, Club Badge, Sponsor Logo.

10. The 2nd prize is a 50% off voucher.  The voucher has no minimum spend but there is a maximum discount of £250.  The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offfer.  The voucher expires 31/12/2021.

11. The 3rd prize is a 25% off voucher.  The voucher has no minimum spend but there is a maximum discount of £250.  The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offfer.  The voucher expires 31/12/2021.

12. The winners will be drawn at random.

​

13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

​

14. The decision of Your-T regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

15. The winner will be notified after 16th May 2021 via the email provided during subscription.

​

16. Your-T will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.

​

17. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Your-T reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

​

18. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

19. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Your-T for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

20. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at team@your-t.co.uk

21. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and team name to any other prize draw participants if requested via Your-T.

​

22. An announcement of the winners first name and team name will be made via Your-T's website and social networking channels.

​

23. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Your-T's Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

​

24. Your-T does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Your-T does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

25. Your-T does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

26. Your-T reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

27. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
