What is Sublimation?

Put simply, sublimation is a way of transferring dye to a fabric.  All our kits are sublimated and this brings a lot of benefits to the customer.  You can read more about sublimation HERE.

WHAT CAN I CUSTOMISE?

Pretty much everything!  You can even change the colour of the thread used to stitch the kit together!  As we sublimate, all elements can be changed.  Your-T love creating custom designs, so tell us your requirements and we will make it come to life!

Can I see my Kit before I purchase?

Yes!  Simply email us (team@your-t.co.uk) and tell us your requirements.  A member of our team will put together digital renders for you with no obligation to buy.

I've purchased a kit through the website, what happens next?

A member of our team will be in contact with you within 24 hours of your order.  They will detail how to customise your kit.  Once they've gathered all your information, they will create a digital mock-up of your kit for you.  They will then work with you until you are happy with the design.  If you are unhappy with the designs, you can get a full refund at any time before manufacturing commences.  Manufacturing does not start until you have approved the design.

how long until I get my kits?

Kits are typically delivered within 4-5 weeks of sign-off.  You will be advised of current delivery times before manufacturing commences.  If you have paid money and are unhappy with the time you have been advised, you are entitled to a full refund.

How can I pay?

If you​ purchase through the website you have 2 options: Credit/Debit card or PayPal.  Both are secure options.  If you purchase off-site, we accept PayPal.

Can I Have a Sample Kit before Ordering?

We do​ have a limited number of samples but there is often a waiting list to get them.  If you would like a sample, please contact us at team@your-t.co.uk and we will do our best to try and help.

What are the minimum order quantities

There are none!  If you order more kits in one of our bundles it is cheaper, but we're happy to make a single kit for you if that's all you want!​

Of course! ​We store all designs we create for our customers.  So you can re-order the same kits years later!
