All our kits are custom made to your requirements. Due to this, returns are only possible when an error has been made by Your-T or the kit was faulty. These errors include:
All goods are inspected prior to postage to ensure mistakes are eliminated but if you feel a mistake has been made, please contact us via email (email@example.com) within 10 days of receiving your kits.
Prior to manufacturing, you will be sent a customisation form to fill out. Your-T cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made by customers on these forms (e.g. player name spelt incorrectly). It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all details are correct.
